Kindergarten Registration

Registration for 2026-2027 will go live February 20, 2026

In-District Kindergarten Students (Residents)
To begin our online registration process, please click here to complete the registration form.  This is the first step in the registration process and must be completed prior to scheduling an appointment.  

Upon completion of the registration form please email the form to wwpsenrollment@mywwps.org.  

Next, click here to schedule an appointment to come in and turn in supporting documents.  All documents required at time of registration are listed below.

School of Choice Kindergarten Students
School of Choice for Kindergarten will be open February 20, 2026 - July 30, 2026 at 3:00PM.

 Next, click here to schedule an appointment to come in and turn in supporting documents. 

Finally, you must complete the Kindergarten School of Choice application packet and the Elementary Building Preference Form which will also be required at the time of your appointment. 

*ALL REGISTRATION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
  Parent or Legal guardian must be present at time of registration.
Registration will not be submitted until completed in Registration Gateway and all documents are received.

Proof of Residency-at least one document from Category A and two from Category B below:

Category A

• Mortgage statement that provides property address
• A property tax bill listing building and land containing the name(s) of the mortgagees(s)/property owner(s)
• Lease – The lease shall be current and must indicate the term of the lease, the address of the lease property, the name of the property owner, the name of the lessee, and a listing of tenants.

Category B

• Current utility bill indicating the physical address of the residence as well as parent name
• Current cellular phone bill indicating the physical address of the residence as well as parent name
• Current credit card statement indicating the physical address of the residence as well as parent name

-SHUT OFF NOTICES, INTENT TO SHUT OFF NOTICES, and WATER BILL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED-

The following documents will also be required at time of registration:

• Original, certified birth certificate (with raised seal)
• Up to date Immunization records
• Vision/Hearing/Dental certificate
• Guardianship/Custody papers (if applicable)
• Parent picture identification

Kindergarten Students 2026-2027 School Year
Students must be 5 on or before 09/01/2026. If your child turns 5 between 09/02/2026–12/01/2026, they may register for Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year with a signed waiver received by Pupil Services by June 1, 2026. If the signed waiver is not received by June 1, 2026, your child will not be able to attend Kindergarten. Please click here to access the waiver.
