Welcome!

In order to try-out/practice for any sport, you must have a current and complete physical (HS and MS)(download and print) on file with the athletic department. You must also complete the acknowledgment form (high school only) (download and print) Student's must first have their physical approved in the athletic office before they can tryout/practice.   

NOTE: Do not just drop off a physical and acknowledgement at the school. It must be handed directly to the athletic director or athletic secretary to be approved. This will avoid lost paperwork and untimely delays.

Note: Students must show a student I.D. to enter an athletic contest. Only students from WWT or the school we are competing against may enter unless accompanied by an adult.. Student's without a student I.D. will be denied access. All Middle School students must be accompanied by an adult to enter. The AD reserves the right to deny access and/or remove spectators from events due to poor sportsmanship or other reasons that are deemed negative.
