Goal 1- To have expanded opportunities for all students to be successful. Add new course offerings and maintain a staff focus that all students learn in different ways, at different times and at varying rates.

Goal 2- To have 100% of our building available for student use.

Goal 3- To have students maintain an 80% attendance rate during a four day school week (twice per month). The fifth day will be utilized as an expanded opportunity for success, service learning and employment development.

Goal 4- To have all students perform community service and participate in service learning activities.

Goal 5- To have staff maintain a high level of professionalism by continuing to attend classes and workshops to enhance the skills.

Goal 6- To create an atmosphere of mutual and self-respect among staff and students by fostering the cognomen goal of respect and responsibility.

Goal 7- To improve and enhance the outside building and grounds.
