Tower’s new west entry (Bunert side) is installed.

The new heating and cooling coils have arrived and are being uncrated. They will be lifted to the rooftop mechanical penthouses and installed in the air handlers. These coils will provide more efficient heating and cooling and help improve the air quality.

New drive motors are being installed on the air handlers. These motors will provide quieter and more efficient air flow to the classrooms.

Tower’s two existing steam boilers are being dismantled to make room for more efficient hot water boilers.
