The exhaust and intake piping has been completed from the pool boilers up thru a chase to the roof.

Tower’s main gym lighting retrofit is well underway. The old lights will be removed early next week once the new lights are working. The new lights will provide a much whiter light and will have three different light levels – two, four or six bulbs can be turned on at each fixture.

Tower’s main boiler room piping continues. This photo shows the four new pumps that will drive the chilled water system. The pumps in the foreground are 40 horsepower and the pumps in the background are 15 horsepower. The 40 HP pumps will circulate the chilled water thru the building while the 15 HP pumps circulate the chilled water thru the proposed electric rotary chiller.

The domestic water heater piping continues at Tower. The sunshine is coming thru a large curb that was cut in the roof. The mechanical contractors are lowering all of the equipment thru the curb using a crane.
